The Centre d'Urologie Générale-Beaulieu is delighted to offer its patients an innovative blood test for prostate cancer: the Stockholm3 test.
This test is more accurate than the standard blood test (PSA level). In certain situations, it may mean that prostate biopsies can be avoided.
The Centre d'Urologie Générale-Beaulieu offers this test to patients after an urological consultation. The blood sample is taken at the centre and a request is systematically made to the health insurance company to cover the costs of this test, which is not yet on the list of examinations for which reimbursement is compulsory.
